He was predeceased by: his parents, John Biagioni and Mary Biagioni (Hughes); his wife Ina; and his sister Susan Broadus. He is survived by: his children, John Burges of Streator, Debra Cox (Greg) of Ottawa and Aaron Biagioni of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Tony and Becki LeBeau; and his sister Mary Ann Alford of Nevada.
Due to the pandemic, services will be private at Seals-Campbell Funeral Home with Deacon Ron Wackerlin officiating.
