He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack W. Wise and Ethel M. Wise (Lettsome); his wife Shirley Wise (Heath) of Marseilles; his children, Sharon M. Wise and Jack F. Wise; and his siblings, Thurman Wise, Evelyn Foster, Doris Foster and Norbert Wise.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Stillwell (Don) of Marseilles, Denise Stillwell of Ransom and Brad Wise (Tracy) of Grand Haven, MI; his daughter-in-law Donna Wise; his grandchildren, Tricia Haynes (Tommie), Jennifer Chism (Rick), Donnie Stillwell (Meghan), Aaron R. Wise, Randy Stillwell II (Kaleena), Jaycee, Garett and Annaliese Wise; and his great-nephews, Aaron Wise and Josh Foster. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
