He is survived by: his great grandchild Skeeter; his children, James Meadows Jr. (Kelly) of Pierron, IL, Keith Meadows (Melissa) of Highland, IL, Michael Meadows (Angelica) of Granite City, IL, Anthony Meadows (Tonya), Command Sergeant Major, Richard Meadows (Wendy) of Troy, IL, Brian Meadows of Marine, IL and Stacey Evans (Bob); his grandchildren, Jonathon, Elisabeth, Emily Meadows, Christopher, Katie Ramsey, Joshua Johnson, Greggory, Hanna Avants, Caroline, Creviston, Cooper Meadows and Olivia Meadows; his great grandchildren, Cadence and Damien Johnson; and his sisters, Nancy Zilibotti (Zip) of Edwardsville, FL and Mary Jane Howard (Roderick) of Ft. Lauderale, FL..
