We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2021, at the age of 36, Jeffrey Francis of Marine, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth Francis and Gary Francis; his brother Scott (Katherine); his nephew Jacob; and his niece Olivia.
