He is survived by: his parents, Jason Crouse and Regina Crouse (Jason) of West Salem; his sisters, Natasha Kunce of Lynnville, IN and Andrea Kunce (Jordan Julian) of Ft; his grandparents, Kenneth Hall, Kathryn Hall, Angela Crouse, James Kunce and Carmen Kunce; and his aunts, Amanda Lutz (Bob) and Angie Moran (Dave).
