He was predeceased by: his wife LuVerne Joyce Olson; his brother George (Bud); and his parents, Claribel Gertrude and George Francis McKim. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Robert and Karin McKim Gerhke (Marshall); his granddaughters, Karissa (Nate) and Karah (George); his great grandchild Joan LuVerne; and his friend Shirley.
