She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Risen and Frances Risen (Smith); her husband Wayne E. Meyer; her sisters, Phyllis Woiwode (Dan), Patty Robinson (Bob) and Joy Kreiling (Lee); and her grandsons, Shane Barry Spraggs and Rob C. Ragland.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Baker of Shoreview, JoAnn Smith (Bill) of Marion, Jeanie Spraggs (Barry) of Manito and Jim Meyer (Mary) of Naples, Florida. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Billie's honor may be made to Manito Community UMC or Paulette's Activity Fund at the Lodge of Manito.
