He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Legato and Maryann Legato. He is survived by: his children, Rocco and Randie Legato; his sister Roxanne Vincent (Dennis); his nieces, Melina and Taylor (Hunter Vincent); his nephew Jeremy Vincent; his friends, Rochelle, Jim, John, Debbie and Charity; and his pets, Harley and Bella. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
