She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Margaret Flatt; her father-in-law Robert Jay Chambers; and her great-grandparent Lucille Button. She is survived by: her husband Tyler Alexander Chambers; her children, Carson Alexander and Charlotte Belle; her parents, Mark William and Sandra Kaye Chellios; her brother Kyle William; and her grandparents, Gerald Dennis, Wanda Lou Johnson, Donna Jean and William Chellios.
