It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lenore Shirley Katz of Manhattan, Illinois, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sibling Minna Rae Friedman (late Stanley); her parents, Henry Katz and Sara Katz; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Zachary, Kira Mack, Jamie Levinson, Matthew and Michael Bauer; and also Hallie Friedman (Kim Mack).
Lenore was an animal lover and volunteered with and donated to many causes.
