He is survived by: his child Jackie Munoz (Juan); his siblings, John DiSalvo (Herta) and Mary Lepacik (John); his grandchildren, Nico, Gianna (MacKay Doran), Mike (Kristin) and Bo Munoz (Brittney); his great grandchildren, Riley, Trae, Izabella, Vayda, Adaline and Finley; and his godchildren, Dennis Lepacik and Kaylyn Mausehaund. He is also survived by his family, cousins and all nieces, nephews and friends.
