He is survived by: his children, Betty Burris (Ed), Rose Ann Zukas (Mike), Bill Bulva (Kennette), Joe Bulva (Carol), Victor Bulva (Patti), John Bulva (Sandee), Roger Bulva (Lori), Charles Bulva and Gerard Bulva; his grandchildren, Tiffany Skees (Jason), Ben Bulva (Lora), Brandy Range (Matt), Brooke Walch (Tony), Chelsea Bulva, Eric Bulva, Alexis Rose (Larry), Lindsay Bulva, Brian Bulva, Matt Bulva, Tyler Bulva (Ashley), Zac Bulva, Jason Bulva (Jessica), Nicole Murray (Terrence), Krista Bulva, Kayla Bulva, Trey Burris (Ashley), Megan Daniels (Brett), Brittney Bulva and Haley Zukas; and his brother Lester Bulva (Mae).
