He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert T. of Madison and Norma Moen (Riddle) of Madison; his children, Kenneth Jr., Norma Moen and Kevin Moen; and his brothers, Robert Moen of Madison, Roger Moen of Madison and Donald Moen of Madison.
He is survived by: his wife Rose; his daughters, Amy Rosenbaum of Champaign and Traci Patrizi of Bartlett; his grandchildren, Rachel Rosenbaum of Champaign and Blake Rosenbaum (Karley); his great grandchildren, Kameron Patrizi of Bartlett and Kennedy Patrizi of Bartlett; his brother Rodney Moen; his sister-in-law Margaret Moen of Madison; his wife Aunt; and also, Uncle and Kameron Patrizi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
