He is survived by: his daughter Leah (Mitch); his granddaughters, Hailey, Taylor (Madeline) and Emily; and his siblings, Glen (Sue), Dean (Dennis), Tom (Kim), Daniel (Dan), Ginger (Jeff) and Karen (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
