She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Hockman and Pearl Hockman (Logan); her spouse Van Terry Spicer; and her siblings, Judy Anderson, Fern Krutsinger, Buddy, Ed and Ron Hockman.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Spicer (Ericka); her grandson Dustin Spicer (JoAnna); her brothers-in-law, Bob Anderson and Darrell Spicer; and her pets, Scooter and Daisy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Animal Rescue & Shelter (CCARS) and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
