He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" R. and Barbara Winters (Cochran). He is survived by: his brother Tom Winters (Yvonne) of Flora; his nieces, Sheila Theobald (Dan), Sheryl Wolff (Darrin) and Dericka Winters; his nephew Tevin Winters (Melissa); his close friend Darrell Eckelberry (Karen) of Flora; and also, Justin Eckelberry (Chandra), Megan Helton (Jarrett), Jeffrey Eckelberry (Dakota), Aaron Eckelberry and Nicholas Eckelberry (Rebecca).
Memorial donations are suggested to either CCARS (Clay County Animal Rescue & Shelter) or Fur A Good Paws, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
