He is survived by: his wife Ann Stanford of Louisville; his children, Kimberly Blair of Edgewood, Tanya Brune (Stacy Radcliff) of Flora, Joni Picklesimer (Todd) of Wilsonville, Jeremy Stanford (Lisa) of Brighton, Dale Dugan (Kristina) of Flora and Derrick Dugan of Louisville; his grandchildren, Kelly Blair (Amber) of Chattanooga, Kyle Blair (Kayla) of Edgewood, Cole Blair of Bethesda, Levi Egbert (Kassie), Lane Brune of Flora, Sophia Brune of Cisne, Jordan Picklesimer of Wilsonville, Stella Stanford of Brighton, Cole Verity of Cincinnati, Aaliyah Lewis of Flora, Gage Dugan of Flora, Brendan Dugan of Flora, Kendrick Dugan of Flora and Lyric Poole of Flora; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Brayden Blair of Chattanooga, Leslie Jo Blair of Edgewood, Annaleigh Egbert, Rylee Brune of Flora and Avisynn Jenkins of Cisne; his brothers, Ron Stanford (Mary) of Louisville and Dennis Stanford (Lisa) of Rosewood Heights; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Eckelberry of Flora, Rita Cosner (Bert) of Louisville, Rose Anderson of Louisville, Jerry Guinn of Flora, Roger Guinn of Louisville, John Guinn (Shelly) of Flora and Wayne Guinn (Sherry) of Flora.
