He is survived by: his wife Debra Modlin of Louisville; his children, Jeremy Clark (Lisa) of Mattoon, Kimberly Haun (Kevin) of Louisville and Matthew Modlin (RaeAnne) of Evansville, Indiana.; his mother-in-law Wanda Gerber (Hinkle); and his brothers, John Modlin (Diane) of Macomb and Richard Modlin (Linda) of Mercedes, Texas..
