He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie and Doris Cruse Sr. (Harrington); his brother Bill Cruse; and his father-in-law Cotton O'Dell. He is survived by: his wife Janet O'Dell; his daughter Wendy O'Dell of Louisville; and his siblings, Gary Cruse (Glenda) of Rinard, Peggy Landreth (Larry) of Flora, Barbara Shires of Xenia, Joann Bowen (Jim) of Louisville and Linda Bowen (Allen) of Louisville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
