She is survived by: her aunt Mabel Slack; her husband James Embry; her children, Rebecca H. Bernard, Carl Horneman (Becky), Frank Horneman (Jonnie), John Russell Horneman (Linda) and Rachel H. Park (Richard); and her sister Mary Bergie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
