She was predeceased by: her husband William Carter; and her parents, Jessie Garrett and Bessie Garrett. She is survived by: her children, Linda Greenback, Ernest Carter, Donna Collins (Donald), Kathy McGinnis (Shawn), Rhonda Hendershot (Eric), Chad Carter (Beth) and Jeremy Carter (Christine); and her brother Calvin Garret (Marcia). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren, also numerous nieces, and nephews.
