He was predeceased by: his parent Per. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Forgy (Josh) and Daniel Evjen (Alexis); his grandchildren, Danny Jay Evjen, Emma Rose Forgy and Nora Michelle Forgy; and his siblings, Kelly Evjen, Jodie Kuehni, Shelly Dahl, Travis Evjen and Trevor Evjen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
