She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Madziarczyk and Ellen Madziarczyk. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Spurlock; her children, Michael Spurlock (Jaime) and Kara Ellis (Ed); her siblings, Joseph Madziarczyk, Sharon Kuziel (Jerry), Karen Day (Chris), Mary McCutcheon (Jim) and Cathy Lahart (Brian); her grandchildren, Eddie Ellis (Samantha), Kailey Spurlock and Cohen Spurlock; and her great grandchild Waylon Ellis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
