She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry, Jr. Jacob and Crescentia Jacob (Boehme); her siblings, Virgil, Vernon, Velva and Velma; and her husband Jim.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa A. Wolfe of Litchfield, IL and Jan Wolfe (Jim Vazzi) of Hillsboro, IL; and her sister Vida Marit of Litchfield, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
