We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Velora A. Cummings of Litchfield, Illinois, born in Pana, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Hagemeier and Irene Hagemeier (Wolters); her husband James R. Cummings; her son James Alvin Cummings; and her sister Eula Jean Cesaretti.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey L. Cummings (Judy) of Arvada, CO and Stuart J. Cummings (Catherine) of St. Charles, MO; and her daughter-in-law Catherine Cummings of Rogers, AR. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren with 3 on the way; several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Concerned Women for America.
