He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harvey Agee and Jewell B. McCord Agee; and his siblings, John A. Agee, Michael S. Agee, Charles W. Agee, Carol Jane Agee, Rhonda Lynn Agee and Judith Marie Agee.
He is survived by: his wife Ona Agee of Litchfield, IL; his children, Jeremy Agee (Marissa Hair) of Anchorage, AK and Denise Simpson of Gillespie, IL; his grandchildren, Opal Azbill, Eric Simpson, Nicholas Simpson, Matthew Simpson and Seth Agee; and his siblings, Russell Lee Agee, Leslie J. Agee, Ronald Lewis Agee and Donna Sue Vargas. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
