He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whitehead and Ann Whitehead (Gibson); and his siblings, Leroy, Robbie, Bonnie and Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Angel Whitehead of Litchfield, IL; his children, Cindy Whitehead, Timothy Whitehead, Alison Whitehead, Lauren Davis (Ryan) and Simon Whitehead; and his siblings, Gary, Michelle, Patricia, Kate, Maggie and Liz. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, many nieces & nephews.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
