He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Arno Franke and Clara Marie Boehme Franke; his spouse Bernean Ida Bentlage Franke; his son-in-law Ron Galvan; his sister Orlean Hosto; and his brothers-in-law, Gilbert Hosto and Wendell Armour.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ben Park (Jennifer), Neil Park (Victoria Gates), Kurt Franke (Tara), Scott Franke (Sam), Jay Franke (Shelby), Zachary Simmons, Marc Simmons, Andrew Franke (Katy), Kelsey Halikias (Justin), Will Franke, Megan Hebert (Trevor), Steven Weidner, Matthew Weidner, Mariah Harbaugh and Sadie Harbaugh; his great grandchildren, Grant Park, Grayson Park, Hunter Franke and Sawyer Franke; his sister Geneva Armour of Carlinville, IL.; and his caregivers, Orville, Kimmie, Ashli, Annette, Mary, Micah and Jessie.
