She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Holden and Marian Holden (Worrell); her husband Charles Melvin Horn; her sons, Melvin Horn and Earl Allen Horn; her grandson Charles Horn; and her siblings, Leonard Holden and Violet Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Horn (Melody Jo) of Litchfield and Theresa Vandehei (Jon) of Whiteland, IN.; and her grandchildren, Dana Franklin (James), Linda Street (Darren), Deanna Vogel, April Stewart (Kevin), Jennifer LaPorte, Nicole Williams (T. J.), Stephanie Roberts and Troy Roberts (Anjee). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be made to the Litchfield Food Pantry or Coats for Kids.
