She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Bell and Verna Bell (Ferris); her siblings, Gordon Bell and Jaqueline Betian; her stepson Ricky Wayne Winters; her mother-in-law Violet Winters; and her siblings-in-law, Frank Troxell and Marveline Froman.
She is survived by: her husband James B. Winters; her stepchildren, James T. Winters (Melanie) of Springfield, Caroline Darlene Hester (Fred) of Gadsen, AL. and Elizabeth Elaine Templeton (Allan) of Gadsen, AL.; and her grandchildren, Crystal Winters, Nicole Winters, Rosanna Davis, Josh Hester and Isaiah Strickland.
