He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry and Leona Mae Burge (Angle); his brother Gregory Burge; his nephew Brian Burge; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Osborn, Tim Osborn and Jeff Osborn.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Osborn; his children, Shane (Michelle), Dustin Angle (Lisa), Cammie Simpson (Jim) and Siearra Glisson; his brother Rex Burge (Diane) of Mount Olive; and his siblings-in-law, John "Buck" Osborn, Daniel Osborn, Brian Osborn, Debra "Poss" Beattie of Springfield, MO. and Vicky White. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
