He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Edward and Betty Louise Quinn (Randle); his grandparents, Edward, Elsie Quinn (Hughes), Maynard and Evelyn Randle (Corrington); his brothers, Randle Quinn and Timothy Quinn; his great-nephew Joseph "Joey" Quinn; and his great-niece Rylee Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his sons, Jason Quinn of Pontiac, IL and Justin (Keon Conerly) of Champaign, IL; his siblings, Kelly Quinn of Portland, OR, Lois Ziegler (David) of Litchfield and Rebecca Mehochko (George) of Litchfield; and his grandchildren, Jared Quinn, Jacob Quinn and Keatin Conerly-Quinn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
