He was predeceased by: his wife Caroline Kalkis; his child Theran Kalkis (Jodi); his brother Don; and his parents, Paul Kalkis and Nitella Kalkis.
He is survived by: his children, Randall Kalkis (Annie) and Kathryn Zboncak (James); his grandchildren, Scott Kalkis (Ashley), Xiling Kalkis, Jennifer Kalkis, Rafe Kalkis (Alexandria), Kristi Helgeson (Joshua), Zachary Zboncak (Courtney) and Kelsey Means (Aaron); his great grandchildren, Cierra, McKenzie, Abby, Tessany, Judah, Levi, Paxton and Baby Helgeson; and his brother Ken Kalkis.
