She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Blair and Lucille Blair; her husband Frank; her son Steven (Rebecca); and her sisters, Eloise Judy and Margaret Urbonas (Ray).
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Jr. (Jennifer) and Michael; her grandchildren, Anthony, Elizabeth, Steven (Cierra), Frank III, Kiernan, Abigail, Andrew and Jackson; her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Cooper; her siblings, Gerald (Sharon), Lucy and Charles Blair; and her sister-in-law Annie Voight (Bob). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
