He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Arrington and Emma Arrington Sr. (Atz); his brother Donovan Arrington; and his brothers-in-law, Eugene Brassfield and Rev. James Brassfield.
He is survived by: his nephews, Jon, Joel, Jody, Joshua and David Brassfield; his children, Shawn Marie Cox (Bob) of Lincoln, Jamie Wisely (Tom) of Chillicothe, Troy Arrington (Laura) of Trussville, AL and Scott Arrington (Robin) of O'Fallon, MO; his grandchildren, Trevor Arrington, Karli, Alysa, Gabrielle Cox, Austin, Jared Wisely, Emily, Jordan, Carys, Evan Arrington, Tim (Brittney), Kelsy, Donavan and Samuel Arrington; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Colson Alderson, Bodhi and Amelia Arrington; and his in-laws, Marilyn, Bill Sherod, Jackie Brassfield and Betty Brassfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
