He is survived by: his daughter Gladys Stacey-Farnam; his granddaughters, Mary Palmer (Steve) of Springfield, Emily Burton (Shane) of Sherman and Sarah McCabe (Mike) of Effingham; his great grandchildren, Evan Coleman, Creighten Burton, Justin Burton, Jordan McCabe and Zach McCabe; and his siblings, Emma Smith, Joe Stacey (Judy), Donnie Stacey (Gloria) and Paul Stacey.

“My name is Robert E. Adams (Oscar) to some. I am 87 years old and a Korean War Vet--Bill Stacey was my friend from long ago and lost touch when I went in to service. I know the Tackmans--Ross family Chapins and Fletchers. related to the Fred Fletchers his wife a Chapin and Ben was my uncle--Thelma Adams Chapin my aunt--it gets confusing deep in those misty cob webs -lies information. I do remember lots of these name recently was talking 87 year old Shirley Colburn Taylor Ross family”
