He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Walker (Ed) of Peoria, IL and Teresa Dankoski (Dan) of St. Charles, IL; his brother Robert Franklin of Lincoln; and his grandchildren, Elyse Dankoski of Durham, NC., Olivia Starr (Joey) of Oak Park, IL. and Patrick Walker of Peoria, IL..

Memorial donations may be made in James' name to Carroll Catholic School or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
