He is survived by: his former wife Cheryl Thompson; his wife Cheryl Hall of Lincoln; his children, Stephanie Hall and Nathan Hall (Megan) of Portland, Maine; his granddaughter Catherine; his brother Brian Hall (Coralene) of Clear Lake; and his sister-in-law Theda McMinn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
