He is survived by: his parents, Donny W. Neal and Joan Neal (Miller); his children, Tyler and Dakota of Lincoln; and his sister Michelle Bridges (Rob).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Eugene's name to Grace Lutheran Church in Lincoln or Lincoln FFA Chapter.
