Edwin Charles Mills Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Charles Mills of Lincoln, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Mills and Ruth Mills (Whitmore). He is survived by: his wife Carol Mills; his children, Michael (Jennifer) of Avon, IN, David (Angie) of Milan, IL and Emily Woosley (James) of Springfield, IL.; his grandchildren, Jacob, Wesley, Rebecca, Payton, Claire, Grace, Dylan, Katherine and Evan; and his siblings, Tim (Connie) of Belvidere, IL and Christine of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by eight nieces and two nephews.
A visitation will be held from 9:30-11:30 a. m. Saturday September 12, 2020 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Lincoln, IL where face mask and social distancing will be enacted.
Memorial donations may be made in Ed's name to the Special Olympics Illinois, 605 E. Willow Street Normal, IL 61761.
