He is survived by: his children, David Thresher Jr. and Felicia Thresher; his grandchildren, Charlene McKinney (Michael), Hailey Dinger and Peyton Shaffer; his great grandchildren, Talan McKinney, Kaylee McKinney and Maddox Richardson; and his siblings, Ronnie Charles, Patricia Thresher, Denny Thresher (Connie), John Thresher (Diane) and Sherry Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
