She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Howard Hunter and Martha Faye Hunter (Fletcher); her spouse Marlin Nelson Poe; and her siblings, Bobby Joe Hunter and Dixie Ingram.
She is survived by: her children, Nelson Lee Poe, Norman Lynn Poe (Nancy), JoEllen Poe Ackerman (Chris) and Nancy Lynette Poe Long (Jay); her grandchildren, Jonathon Poe, Norman Lynn Poe Jr., Christopher Nelson Ackerman, Steven Todd Ackerman, Katie Long and Jenna Long; and her great grandchildren, Logan Hunter Ackerman, Kinsley Rae Ackerman, Isla Mae Ackerman and Alexander Poe.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's or to the Humane Society of Logan County and will be accepted at the funeral home.
