He was predeceased by: his father Norm Clark; his grandparents, Leon Appel, Byron Clark and Doris Clark Dancy; his aunts, Gloria and Rhonda; and his cousins, Clint and Betsy.
He is survived by: his mother Gail Clark Guzzardo (Appel) of Lincoln; his sons, Cole Sarver Clark, Remington Sarver Clark, Danyelle Sarver of Springfield, Brian and Guardian Angel; his sister Krista Clark McBeath (Robert) of Bloomington; his niece Jillian McBeath; and his grandparents, VevaAppel and Mac Dancy. He is also survived by his Dad, Uncles and Cousins.
