He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Robb and Barbara Robb; and his son Kyle Robb. He is survived by: his wife Reta Phillips; his children, Terri Rock (Jerry) of Leslie, MO, Tammy Burgett (George) of Jacksonville, FL, Michael Phillips (Laurie) of Lebanon, IL, Kathryn Caraker (Mike) of Damiansville, IL, Tina Grinnell (Jim) of Lebanon, IL and Staci Martin of Scott City, MO; and his brother Richard Robb of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
