It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda J. Frakes (Lansing, Illinois), who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Frakes; and her parents, Charles Mullins and Mildred Mullins. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Alexandra Michels (Vaso), Kathryn Frakes, Stephanie Lester, Kayli Ekdahl and Thomas Martin (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Madalyn Martin, Olivia Martin and Mya Martin; and her siblings, Bonnie Miley (late William), Kathy Kennedy and Keith Mullins (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
