He was predeceased by: his father Julio. He is survived by: his wife Esther; his children, Alan DePena (Lisselot), Kenny DePena (Courtney) and Cindy Rea (Lucas); his grandson Hendricks; his mother Carmen Guerra; and his sisters, Katiuska Moya, Gloricel DePena and Julissa DePena.
