He is survived by: his mother Mary R. Dowell; his wife Jennifer Dowell; his children, Noah, Ava and Charlotte; his father Earl Jr. Dowell; his sisters, Roxanne Cornwell (Pete), Kathy Dowell and Laurie Dowell; his mother-in-law Carol Albin; his brother-in-law Scott Albin (Claire); and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa Lovill (Donnie), Hailee Bowers, Josie Dowell-Van Antwerp, Eliot Dowell-Van Antwerp, Calvin Albin and Sydney Albin.
