He is survived by: his children, Cathy Johnson (Ed) and Thomas Ryan (Deborah); his grandchildren, Tim Johnson (Janell), Kelly Barr, Kevin Ryan and Kyle Ryan (Emily); his great grandchildren, Holly, Tim Jr., Crystal (Jamal), Ciara, Jacob, Emily, Matthew, Caroline and Audrey; his great great grandchildren, Jalen, Makenna, Christian, Oscar and Trenton; and his sibling Rita Kurtock (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
