He was predeceased by: his father Michael O'Leary; his grandchild Harper; and his uncle Roland O'Leary. He is survived by: his mother Alice O'Leary; his girlfriend Joyce Hogan; his children, Patrick Luke O'Leary (Kelsie) of Marine, Will Reilly O'Leary (Alexis Duncan), Rachel Mary Alice O'Leary (Anthony Wodtka) of Alma and Macy Iris Ann O'Leary of Alma; his grandchildren, Creed O'Leary, Ryker Duncan, Sutton Duncan O'Leary, Waylon O'Leary and Tucker O'Leary; and his siblings, Karen Ritter (Alan) of Xenia, Michael O'Leary (Anita) of Kinmundy and Marcie Smith (Neal) of Salem.
