James Deweese Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Deweese of Kinmundy, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. Deweese and Sarah M. Deweese (Davis); his wife Mary Lou Lewis; and his children, Jeremy Deweese, Constance Deweese and Jessica Deweese.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Deweese (Chrissy) of Indiana, William Deweese of Kinmundy, Timmy Summers (Amber) of Salem, Jerry Summer of Salem, Stoney Lewis of Vandalia, Lowell Wilson (Rachel) of Kentucky, Hope Lindsey of Kinmundy and Paula Deweese of Salem, Illinois; and his siblings, Ed Deweese (Marlene) of Mason, Paul Deweese (Carol) of Argenta, Leo Deweese (Becky) of Funkhouser, Illinois, Sarah Elam of Watson and Pat Green (John) of California. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
